My name is Jennifer Cole, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, addictions with co-occurring diagnoses, and the impacts of trauma, including sexual assault and domestic violence.

In our work together, I offer a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in the healing power of stories and creativity, and I often invite clients to reflect and build resilience through personal exploration, narrative work, and self-expression.

At this time, I provide counseling exclusively through telehealth, making it easier to access care from the comfort of your own space.

My Background

My path as a therapist has been shaped by a strong interest in understanding people from both clinical and holistic perspectives. I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark, specializing in Addictions and Co-Occurring Diagnoses and completing a certificate in Ecopsychology.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC-I), with additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have also completed specialized training in OCD treatment through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM). Separately, I have completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD.

Currently I am pursuing a PhD in Research Psychology with a concentration in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My continued education and clinical training allow me to bring an evidence-based, compassionate, and integrative perspective to my work with clients.
